Ontario’s Harmonize For Speech Fund:
Provides funds for numerous speech-related projects and equipment at hospitals, clinics and treatment centres throughout Ontario such as:
- The Ottawa Hospital Foundation
- Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie
- Grand River Hospital Foundation, Kitchener
- The Speech and Stuttering Institute, Toronto
- Aphasia Institute, Toronto
- Waterloo Region District School Board
- Toronto District School Board
- Toronto Catholic District School Board
- V.O.I.C.E. (Voice for Hearing-impaired Children) Toronto
- March of Dimes Canada (York-Durham Aphasia Centre)
- Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity, Uxbridge
- Precious Minds Resource and Learning Centre, Sunderland
- Canadian Stuttering Association (CSA)
- Ontario Association for Families of Children with Communication Disorders (OAFCCD)
- Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (OSLA)
- Canadian Association of Speech-language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA)
- Georgian College – Harmonize For Speech Hearing and Language Clinic
Provides text books, bursaries and scholarships for Speech Pathology/Audiology students at:
- Western University (London)
- University of Toronto
- University of Ottawa
- Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo)
- Laurentian University (Sudbury)
- Georgian College (Barrie
- Durham College (Oshawa)
Funds research studies at various universities and treatment centres. Sponsors four annual $1,500.00 scholarships for Ontario speech pathology students enrolled at qualifying universities outside of Ontario.
